Upon completion of your order, an email confirmation will be sent to your designated inbox.
Proceed to any of our Changi Recommends Counters located at any Arrival Hall with your voucher and our staff will assist to book your airport transfer to the city.
Important to Note:
- Waiting time would be 5-10 mins upon assigned car-plate number being informed and estimated time of arrival, thereafter, there will be $10 extra charges
- Amount quoted includes chauffeur services, tips, fuel costs, parking fees, highway toll fees, congestion charges and insurance fees.
- Unless otherwise stated, charges not mentioned above are not included in the amount quoted.
- Please contact us via whatsapp 1 hour before you are ready to leave so we may get the car and driver's details ready/

a. In the case where the travel itinerary involves sea transportation and location is inaccessible by car, pick-ups will be done at the corresponding jetty.
